INNOVACARRETERA, the biennial Technological Demonstration Fair of the Road Infrastructure Sector, is a working meeting of the Spanish road sector under a new format: live demonstrations of innovative products and services applied to road infrastructures.

The event is held in an open space that has the necessary infrastructure for the development of the demonstrations, and consists of both a program of general presentations in a covered auditorium and several passes / sessions of each of the demonstrations.


Realization of a full-scale impact test under controlled conditions

The CE marking of containment systems based on the overcoming of real-scale impact tests (European standard EN 1317) is a necessary but not sufficient condition to guarantee the contribution of these to the improvement of road safety on our roads . For this, it is imperative that the crash tests are carried out under certain control conditions that include: adequate technical description of the tested system including its installation, control of the test grounds, traceability of tested materials, verification of the conformity of the tested materials, consistency of the type of vehicle used, report of detachment of parts, description of the behavior of the anchors “a priori”, …. Only under these “controlled” conditions can a system certification be obtained that guarantees that the products supplied and the application conditions on the real roads are in accordance with the products and conditions validated in the impact tests.

The non-observance of these control conditions allows serious dysfunctions of the market of containment systems, so that having tested “pears” they are installing “apples”.

The shock test to be carried out is a TB51 test according to EN 1317-2 standard consisting of the launching of a 13 ton bus, at 70 km / h and 20º against a 60 m section of high containment metal barrier , in which before, during and after all the conditions are observed to guarantee the real conformity of their behavior.

The existence of polyamide fibers in the lower part of the H-Rubber band allows its perfect adhesion to concrete, allowing the manufacture of products such as supports for structures and viaducts, expansion joints, impact protectors, screens and coatings, all combining high technology and low cost, suitable for installation on surfaces of any geometry easily and without maintenance costs.

System designed to prevent the serious consequences of the impacts of any type of vehicle against the salvacunetas steps that we find in the access roads. It is the only system that guarantees the safety of occupants of cars and motorcyclists, since it has been tested with excellent results before the respective standards UNE-EN 1317: 2011 and UNE 135900. In addition, it is a very low cost system, suitable to install in ditches of any geometry and very easily installable (does not require on-site work or requires road cutting). It allows an easy cleaning of the step and does not require any maintenance.

Dynamic system, of last generation and high precision that measures the retroreflection of the vertical signaling while generating a complete inventory of it. It evaluates in a safe, fast and effective way the real behavior in service of the vertical signals contributing to optimize the conservation of the vertical signaling. In addition to the retroreflection of vertical signage and signage for each color, it also measures its position (absolute and relative to the track) and dimensions. The collected data is analyzed and georeferenced so that it can be integrated with GIS systems or any other type of existing inventory.

Longitudinal Drain System without Gravel


DRENOTUBE provides high performance on site compared to traditional systems. It includes the three basic components of a longitudinal drainage system; geotextile, aggregate and draining pipe, in a single product. Rhinophalt Material


Rhinophalt is a bituminous material, applied at room temperature, and with proven use as a surface treatment to lengthen the useful life of a firm or the rejuvenation of a worn firm, contributing to its conservation. It is formed by a binder manufactured from a natural asphalt and solvent to improve penetration on the raceway.

It is a very versatile product, liquid at room temperature, and whose application can be done both on high traffic routes and roads of reduced traffic, on newly built roads, as well as on road surfaces worn where the binder film has lost His properties.

The foundation is to increase the life of the firm in new constructions, and improve the surface of those pavements that have already worn out.
