How do you prepare for a future when cars can read?
Vehicle manufacturers are moving towards enabling speed assistance and automated driving using Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) systems. The benefits of successful introduction are likely to be significant for road safety and network efficiency.
A recent study combined real world automated vehicle trials, research into world best practice and engagement with industry to identify current limitations of TSR across Australia and New Zealand.
In this webinar, you’ll learn about the study, its findings and insights into the recommended actions for road operators, manufacturers and industry bodies.
Join in a live Q&A with the presenters to ask questions about the relationship between Traffic Sign Recognition and our current road infrastructure.
Presented by Chris Jones, Yasmin Roper and Mark Rowland
